Watch the sunset over the bay, whilst relaxing on the deck with the family.

This 2 storey home is perfectly located for the family holiday, close to the beach, boat ramp and Aussie 9 hole golf course.

Open plan living on the upper level with everything you need to make your stay comfortable, TV, DVD, stereo, R/C, solid fuel & ceiling fan. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and dining for eight. Two bedrooms both with queen beds and ceiling fans for those warm summer nights. Central bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

On the lower level the garage has been converted into a huge rumpus room, with TV, DVD, stereo, Bar fridge, lounges, toys & games, the perfect place for teenagers or extended family. Also a separate bedroom with queen bed and Tri bunk (double on bottom, single on top). The laundry facilities are also located on the lower level with a washing machine.

PLEASE NOTE: Attached bungalow (tenanted) at rear of property, No back yard

LINEN IN NOT SUPPLIED

Please provide your own top and bottom sheets, towels, bathmats, pillow cases and tea towels. If you require a linen hire service, please contact Phillip Island Linen Services & Hire at phillipislandlinen@gmail.com or call (03)5956 6296 or fax (03)5956 6260.

If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply.

It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. Please provide ages upon booking request.

You will be required to sign Terms & Conditions and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival.

All bookings are subject to owner confirmation.

A $33 booking fee will apply to the total amount of your booking.
