This is a freshly renovated two storey home which has been divided into two self contained units making it ideal for holidaying with extended family or friends.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with bunk beds. There is also a kitchen, bathroom,very comfortable living room and a sun room that runs the length of the house, perfect for lazing around on a sunny afternoon!

Downstairs there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds. There is also a living room,kitchen and bathroom.

The house backs onto a nature reserve-kangaroos often pay a visit ! The garden has an outdoor setting and barbecue, perfect for cooking up your fresh catch of the day.

This property is located within walking distance of Green Island and Lake Conjola so whether it's surfing, swimming, snorkeling, paddling or fishing you enjoy, there's something for you.

There are many lovely uncrowded beaches and there are a range of walks that one can do to take in the coastline. There are also bush walks within the National Park.

There are tennis courts, basketball courts and soccer fields within walking distance of the house.

The historic village of Milton is nearby with its antique shops and cafes a very tempting prospect. Ulladulla is about 20 mins away by car and offers other activities such as golf, cinema, diving and fishing charters.

Sleeps 8 - 4 bedrooms

2 night minimum stay /weekly xmas school holidays.
