Lovely Cottage On Lake Winnipesaukee, with sweeping views of Paugus Bay in the town of Laconia, 1 BR with full bed, 1BR with Bunkbeds,and a Queen size sleep sofa. Main living area has living rm, and a galley kitchen. There is also a large screened porch, Tennis Court is directly behind Cottage(just bring your own equipment ).

Also, a fenced in play area for the little ones to play safely. You will also have access to a 20ft boat dock which you may use if your boat is no more that 18 ft long. The lake, boat dock, and a private beach is across the street from the cottage. Close to many area attractions; only 2 miles from Weirs Beach, and only 10 minutes away from Gunstock Mountain.

Other major attractions within an hours drive from the cottage. Shaws and Hannaford, and Wal-Mart are all within 1-2 miles away, and for avid shoppers, The Tilton outlets are only 30 minutes away.

The course rating is 67.1 and it has a slope rating of 103 on Blue grass. Designed by Geoffrey S. Cornish, ASGCA, the Pheasant Ridge golf course opened in 1961. Golf Management, LLC manages this facility, with Jim Swarthout as the General Manager/Golf Professional.
