I have contacted VRBO and sent pictures of the property. We had mice and the house is in disrepair. In need of MAJOR work.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful
We could have just stayed at the Palacio for the entire week without our day trips! It was an enormous with space for 4 of us to spread out across the whole property. Close to mtn bike trails, and the water park, but it’s perched at the top of a mighty steep hill, so bring your hiking shoes if you don’t have a car. Be ready for lots of silk flowers and brass vases. Definitely represents an era. It wasn’t a problem for us, but renters should be aware that all bedrooms are open to the main house - nothing is entirely private. We would 100% stay again.

Spring Break Get Away
This is a great place to stay if you are all about privacy, space and room for kids to play. If you want the coolest, most up to date place this is not for you. We embraced the "kitch" factor and loved the abundant amount of space for the kids to run and play. Worked well for our spring "covid" get away.

If you are looking for a unique throw-back experience, rent this house @ the Pointe Squaw Peak. Great Pool & Spa, funky 80's decor, we loved it! J
