570 square feet with 200 square foot private deck. We have recently completed renovations with lots of upgrades including wall-to-wall, Hardwood Floors, new Kitchen Cabinets and Fixtures, new dishwasher, Remodeled Bathroom with new fixtures, tile and toilet.

Unit is in a two unit Edwardian home. Separate entrance. Private washer and dryer inside of the unit. The bright, large deck is private, overlooking Dolores Street. Sliding glass doors in the living room open up to the deck. Bedroom has sliding glass doors that open up to additional deck in the light well. Kitchen features dishwasher, garbage disposal, gas oven & cooktop.

Furnishings include tv with cable in living room and bedroom, full size down sleeper sofa in living room.Memory foam mattress in the bedroom with Queen size bed. Full size sleeper sofa includes 4' memory foam mattress topper. Luxury linens and towels, fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs!

Convenience!: Located in one of San Francisco's most desirable neighborhoods! Stay in a sunny, beautiful location that is in the heart of the city. Easy access to public transportation. BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit System) is our underground train system. Walk to the 24th Street BART station, 3 blocks away. You can get to downtown San Francisco in about 15 minutes. The J-Church muni line is 2 blocks away.

Take a walk to the corner coffee shop (Luv a Java), have breakfast at Chloe's Cafe or go for drinks at Fattoush Restaurant. Tea time? Walk to Lovejoy's Tea Room for tea and sandwiches! 24th Street is 3 blocks away and offers great shopping, restaurants, bars and grocery shopping. We offer rental on a Bugaboo stroller and McLaren stroller. We have toddler car seats and Stokke high chairs to rent as well.

Need some toys or Wiggles DVD's to entertain your kids? We can help you! Having experience with two toddlers in this area , we can give great tips on family friendly venues and daytrips.
