This lovely home is large and spacious. It on a beautiful golf course located close to others in the area. A private pool on Golf course view. This home is located close to town, fine or casual dinings, shops, and movie theaters.

this home is located in much loved Rotonda

Rotonda is a wonderful mix of wildlife greenbelt, canals and golf courses, a very peaceful and lovely area not far from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf – one could not want for a more perfect situation.

Set between Venice, Englewood and Port Charlotte on Florida’s Gulf Coast also helps to make it a great location. There are wide and safe Gulf beaches to the west and the smaller Caribbean style beaches to the south. These pristine white sand beaches have wonderful magical names - Manasota Key, Don Pedro Island, and Stump Pass.

Your private pool, lanai over looks a beautiful golf course. Come and enjoy the outdoor living experience (enclosed in the lanai). The pool is equipped with removable SAFETY FENCE that can be installed to prevent access by non-swimmers, affording peace of mind for parents with young children. There are many activities locally that you can find in our guest books that our management company has placed inside the home for our use only. This information is quite useful. Our management compant who cares for this property plus many others in the area take pride in what they do.

Here are some local activities in the area: If you do not find what you are looking for ask the management company and they will love to assist you.

Activities: Boat charter is available through our friendly local management company who offer other services including transfers to and from local airports and will also provide a breakfast starter pack if required. Rent a boat and explore the intra-coastal waterways to Punta Gorda or north to Venice and Sarasota. Alternatively, charter a boat and skipper and sail out into the Gulf for the excitement of game fishing for marlin or tarpon. Rotonda is an excellent area for cycling with its own pioneer trail and a cycle path that stretches down to Boca Grande. Within the community there are six magnificent golf courses, all open to the public and over 30 courses within a 15mile radius of Rotonda.

OUR AIRPORTS IN THE AREA:

Tampa with it's International airport and Bush Gardens is 1½h drive to the north, while Orlando (Disney World, Universal Studios etc), the Everglades and Miami are all within reach (2½h to 3½h). Closer to home are Port Charlotte (15mins), Venice & Punta Gorda (30mins), Sarasota (1h) and Fort Myers (1h).
