Wake up every morning for coffee on your patio overlooking 150 degrees of Lake Winnipesaukee. Walk across the street to the South Down Boat Club or the beach or sit in an Aderondack chair watching the boats go by. Absolutely georgeous views of the mountains across the lake are part of the everyday view. Scenic railroad is across the street @ waters edge (1 minute walk), take ride along Paugus Bay into Laconia for dinner. Walk or ride the bike paths throughout South Down or play Tennis. Fish are always being caught on the docks or off the Jetty.

Quiet, scenic, peaceful days on the lake.
