Best Oceanfront Studio at the Royal Kahana Beachfront Resort

Why is unit 1204 the best studio at the Royal Kahana Resort? It’s because of the ocean view from our studio and the recent completed renovation of the unit. Also the way the building is angled to the beach and the floor that unit 1204 is on give it a full ocean view from the interior of the unit. Most other studio's only have a view of the ocean from there lanai, not 1204. Don't take my word for it please take a look at our pictures and compare them to other unit’s pictures, if the pictures do not show an ocean view from the interior of the unit then they don't have one and it's a partial ocean view from the lanai. Don't get me wrong it is a nice view but if you’re going to go all the way to Hawaii get the best view for your money.

But I will say the Royal Kahana Resort has some of the best views from any unit for your dollar compared to all the other resorts in the Kahana area, it doesn’t matter if it's partial view or a full view the view is spectacular and you will not be disappointed. The unit was just recently renovated with high end materials. In the kitchen we used Maple Wood Cabinets, Granite slab counters and back splash with GE profile full size Stainless Steel Appliances to finish off this well appointed kitchen. In the bathroom the vanity has the same maple wood cabinet and the same type of granite used in the kitchen. The same granite was used on the walls of the walk in shower from the floor to ceiling and a turtle design was cut into the floor of the shower. This is the nicest shower in the building. The newly decorated interior has Hawaiian art work and koa wood accents pieces’ that compliment the Wicker and Bamboo furniture that gives a true Hawaiian style tropical decor.
