This classic beach cottage has undergone renovation inside and out in 2011. It is located in the most desirable section of Bonnet Shores, and is a 250 yard walk to beautiful Kelly Beach, the private beach for Bonnet residents and renters. This cottage is one of the closest to the beach available as a (rental) property.

Freshly painted walls and new hardwood floors throughout (bathroom is new tile). Fabulous granite countertops in kitchen with center island, stainless steel appliances, range with warming drawer, and convection microwave. Each of the three bedrooms have a roomy closet and storage space. The bathroom has new tub/shower/toilet/vanity. The wrap around front porch, back deck and screened porch are also new additions for 2011. Rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower after a day at the beach, brisk morning walk around the 5K loop or other fun activities in Narragansett. Full Size washer/dryer located in basement with a laundry chute. Wifi and cable.

Kelly Beach : The soft sand at Kelly Beach is groomed regularly, keeping it pristine for it's visitors. A short board walk leads to one of the finest private beaches in New England with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and coastline. There is no car parking at Kelly Beach entrance except through the Bonnet Shores Beach Club. This keeps the beach less crowded and available only to Bonnet Shores Residents, Guests, and Beach Club Members. From this cottage, the walk is easy and there is a beach cart and wagon for use.

Bonnet Shores District in Narragansett: Bonnet Shores District is one of the best quaint, enchanting beach and boating communites in all of Rhode Island.

Walk, jog, or bike the 5K loop through Bonnet past breathtaking views of the Ocean and Narragansett Bay.

'Little Beach' is where the boat moorings, a small pier, and a sandy/rocky beach are located. Experience the ambience as you view the sparkling lights of the Jamestown and Newport Bridges across the water in the evenings or look for the beacon of light from the lighthouse. All necessities are located a short drive down 1-A or 1 including supermarket, pharmacy, coffee and breakfast, restaurants, movie theater, DVD rentals, driving range, bike rentals, and seafood market.

Bonnet Shores is ideally situated on the North end of Narragansett.

A short drive South leads to Public Beaches in Narragansett, the landmark Towers, and the ferry to Block Island. North along 1A leads to the port of Wickford and the bridges to Jamestown and Newport .

Narragansett is an outstanding town known for it's large stretches of beautiful beaches, seaside homes and location. Bonnet Shores is a District within Narragansett. Bonnet Shores has many benefits. It is a safe, quiet beach community where people enjoy walking, running or biking around the quaint streets. At the entrance, there is a fork in the road; Left side, Bonnet Shores Rd, leading towards the small pier, beach and boat moorings, and views of the Jamestown and Newport bridges. Right side of the fork, Bonnet Point Rd, leading to the spectacular private beach, Kelly Beach. The beach has great sand, not too crowded and the waves are moderate. There are lifeguards and a weekend shuttle bus to/from the beach. Bonnet Shores District has a small playground, sports area and a community club house with weekly summer camp as an option. You are a short drive to all other Narragansett beaches, parks, dining, shops and Block Island Ferry. 15 min. to Newport, 40 min to CT casinos.
