Excellent property in a perfect location in Rincon. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Owner very accessible and accommodating. 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Would stay here again.

Awesome stay
Stayed here with my family for an extended weekend and we loved the place. We loved hanging out on the top level. The A/C was very nice as well. Walkable to a few restaurants and breakfast spots. The beach was very close by as well. The surf was a little too rough for swimming/snorkeling (we stayed here in December) but it was great for surfing! There was even a small rental company that had surfboards, paddleboards, etc. right there on the beach, which was very convenient.
