Large one bedroom apt. Full kitchen and living rm w sleeper sofa

Travertine floors and marble urns by the bedroom fireplace. It is located on the first floor of the carriage house 100’ back from the beach on the courtyard. The living room looks down the walk to the Gulf. Kitchen and bedroom look out at Boca Ciega Bay across the street. Our older guests appreciate the ground floor and no steps.

Location, Location , Location...You will be vacationing on the closest beach to Tampa airport while also secluded from the vacation crowds. We are located in 'The Narrows', so named by the local settlers of the 1920's because the barrier island is so skinny here that there is only room for a single row of homes. The emerald green waters of the Gulf are out your front door and and yachts cruising the channel are out your back door. Water surrounds you like no where else with fantastic tropical views and a true island feeling. Our many repeat guests tell us that this is the most coveted spot on the 12 miles of world class beaches between Clearwater and St Petersburg.
