• No air conditioning within this property (however cools well at night once doors/windows are opened to let in the fresh Whistler air)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

25% deposit upon booking is NON refundable.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds within 30 days of arrival unless there is a *Travel Ban* in place.
*Travel Ban* is a government imposed restriction meaning you are prohibited from traveling to Whistler, B.C.

In the case of a Travel Ban, we will work with you to either reschedule your trip, offer you a full credit to be used within 12 months of your original stay date (subject to availability & rate change), or refund you in full less a 5% transaction fee.

We liked the location and that that it slept 6. Unfortunately the sofa bed we wanted to use had not been cleaned, it was full of popcorn and the dirty bedding hadn’t been changed. We contacted the property manager who gave us the linen closet key code. We got the clean linen and changed the bedding ourselves. Also the fireplace didn’t work and we had to sleep a night in the freezing cold living room as the baseboard heater wasn’t producing enough heat for the room.

Whistler Condo
It’s a nice property and condo. The location had an upside, however it came with a ton of street noise, traffic and even construction that ended about 1am and started at 6am.

Perfect place for ski vacation
This place is all about location. Three minute walk (in ski boots!) to the 5 minute shuttle to the mountain. The unit itself is nice enough - a bit generic but not in a bad way. We had two minor issues: 1) though it worked, the small dryer was REALLY loud. The management company was aware and a piece was on order so presumably it'll be quiet for future guests. 2) someone left trash from another apartment on the landing outside the unit and it took three phone calls to get someone to come and deal with it. Also, note that the grocery store across the street closes at 7 so if you're driving in that day you should plan accordingly. That said, the unit itself was very clean and in good working order. It's great to have access to a pool. The management company was responsive and got us another frying pan when we needed it. It is so close to everything in town. A really great value. I would definitely rent again.
