Perfect getaway
Five sisters and our mom escaped from cold northern climes to enjoy the warmth and beauty of Florida and Mark's home. We found it to be a lovely, modern home with gorgeous and well-kept trees and vegetation. We had everything we needed for a great time together. The house rep, Janet, was extremely helpful and informative. Mark himself was also an excellent communicator throughout the rental process. We hope to return next year....there's no need for us to look further!

A beautiful property comfortably furnished just a short drive from the beach. Truly a hidden jem with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The perfect escape for a place to relax.

Beautiful & Private Home
My friends and I took a girls trip for the weekend and had a great time! We ended up spending much more time at the house than we thought because the pool was so nice and the open kitchen/living room layout was great for us to all hangout together. We'll definitely be coming back!!

Beautiful home!
Photos are an accurate representation of the home! Beautiful space and fit 6 adults comfortably. Property is cleaned and well-maintained. It is clear that Mark takes pride in his property. Mark was easy to work with, along with Janet, the property manager who lives locally. Note: upon departure, there is a lengthy list of things to do prior to checking-out. All of this information is in the contract, but it did take awhile to complete the requested tasks. 5/5 stars would recommend Thanks, Mark!

Perfect!
This house is exactly as described. It does not disappoint. Mark, the owner, is a super guy to work with and the property manager Janet is just as great and helpful. The house is very warm and welcoming. Nice open space. The pool is perfect and private. Our family of 5 really enjoyed this home and would definitely stay again if we come back to the Fort Lauderdale area!

I wanted to create a spectacular, spacious – and yet serene - vacation hideaway that affords sun, proximity to beautiful beaches, amazing weather, world class restaurants and attractions, inexpensive car rentals; as well as unique and affordable shopping that was just a quick flight away! Fort Lauderdale has it all!

What makes this property unique

After visiting nearly 40 potential properties in four cities, I fell in love with this home in fabulous Fort Lauderdale; and re-envisioned it as a chic-retro tribute to the late 1950’s (when the house was first opened). The residence, which has been substantially expanded since it was originally built, still retains its mid-century character, but now incorporates a whole new, modern aesthetic that still brings to mind the fashionable vacations of the past. High vaulted ceilings, enormous rooms for entertaining and relaxing; a chef's kitchen, spectacular pool, peaceful gardens and many other amenities have been created, renovated and enhanced to make a showcase property you will enjoy and want to return to again.
