Covered Porches is a beautiful home with expansive, wide water and mountain views of Smith Mountain Lake. Its large windows and wide covered porches with ceiling fans provide spectacular sunset views. The lawn slopes gently to a large, covered dock that features ceiling fans, table, chairs, and a cabana with small refrigerator. Enjoy our 3 person canoe and 2 person canoe with lifejackets and paddles. Floats and chairs are provided. There are steps on the floater as well as steps into the lake. Room for 2 boats.

A natural sandy beach gives you another entry point into the clear blue water of the lake. The home is located on a cove that is ideal for swimming, kayaking or just floating. There is ample paved parking with room for several cars and boat trailers. Enjoy WiFi internet on the porches or down on the dock while watching the sunset. An outdoor wood burning fireplace on the covered porch is located off the master suite for those cool evenings. For fall and spring seasons, enjoy our firepit stocked with wood for those cool evenings cooking smore's.

On the main level, the lakeside master suite features a King bed and large bathroom with a garden jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. Off the master bedroom is a porch and outdoor fireplace with 2 wicker gliders. The large great room with it's flat panel HD TV, stero, Blue Ray DVD/CD player opens up into the kitchen where the farm table can seat 10 people and bar area 2 people. There is an additional table and chairs for 4 on the outside porch. 4 comfortable chairs are located on this porch. The laundry room is on the main level where there is a 2nd refrigerator. A second bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom are also on the main level. The lower level consists of 3 bedrooms and 1 & 1/2 baths. Entertaining is comfortable with the large sectional sofa, flat panel HD TV, and DVD/BlueRay player. For your enjoyment, foosball table, bookcase of movies, Nintendo game system(GameCube) and board games are available.

We have a new Weber Genesis E330 Gas grill on the upper deck.
