This summerhouse is a part of an old rural estate with a beautiful yard surrounded by an old Istrian stonewall. The calm location, far away from mass-tourism is ideal for a relaxing vacancy. In the neighbourhood the typical small Istrian cities Svetvicenat and Bale are invite you with restaurants, supermarkets and the charm of stressless life. Our two nice beaches, ca. 12 kilometres far away, you are reaching on an asphalt road. The town Rovinj, the 'pearl of Istra', is just 15 kilometres far away from your domicile. House Petra has two floors. In the basement you find a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom and a terrace in front. Upstairs are two separate sleeping rooms.

Krmed is located in the region of Bale. To the tourist sights, Rovinj and Pula and other tourism highlights you have short ways. To the nearest beaches are about 12 kilometres and you find there a lot of quiet places to relax. This part of Istria is a hilly and woody one and remembers of the Italian Toscana. In Krmed you can buy vegetables, eggs, milk and cheese direct from the farmers. A little Konoba, a typical Istrian pub is offering cool drinks, beer from a tap and Istrian wine.
