5 Star Exquisite Villa Retreat with Pool on Canal

Our custom built 3500 sq. ft offers all the luxuries you would expect in a 5 star accomodation. You will be overcome with the peaceful and tranquil setting backing onto your private canal.
The villa has all new decorator furnishings,open concept with soaring ceilings, gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, sitting room, family room with 52'' wifi flat screen.
The master bedroom features a king poster bed with french doors to the lanai, and walk in closet, 47'' flat screen tv with wifi, indulge in your large ensuite with soaker tub, walk in shower and his and her sink.
The 3 guest bedrooms all have queen beds and walk in closets, all with flat screen tv's, 2 bedrooms share a bathroom each with their own entry from bedrooms, while the other has a walk-in shower. The den has a day bed, double/twin bunk bed and a printer/fax.
You will fall in love with the villas lanai with its large covered area featuring outdoor wicker seating area with a large dining table, chaise lounges, 45' electric heated pool with waterfall, swim up bar table and hot tub. The pool has a large tray step for toddlers and a kiddie fence is provided. There is a canoe and fishing poles provided to fish from your canal, beach chairs and cooler to take to the beautiful beaches in the area. We are located 10-15 minutes from 3 challenging golf courses, and the same distance to grocery and shopping. This villa is our dream home and is sure to be your dream vacation.

Luxurious Villa Comforts of Home
A beautiful well maintained, clean luxurious villa, fully stocked to accommodate our group of five, with plenty of room for more. Lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and fresh newer linens. ( I don’t like raggedy old linens so these were perfect for me). Plenty of towels for showers and pool times. I’m giving five stars for everything about this experience, except the location, only because our group found the area too far for shopping and access to a walking trail. Peter was a fantastic host, we didn’t have any issues, but any questions we had were answered promptly. Thank you.

Everything we needed
As a party of two families with young kids we found this beautiful villa to have everything we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. We really enjoyed the outdoor furniture and eating areas to make the most of our time in the warm Florida weather. As a bonus, the kids enjoyed watching the turtles and fish at the dock every day. Our host was very responsive which was also appreciated.

Amazing vacation
I stayed at this property with my husband, daughters, nephews, sister, brother, sister-in-law and brother-in-law. The property was beautiful and well kept. There was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor pool and spa was used every day, and the outdoor seating area was very welcoming and well used. The kitchen was well stocked, and every detail was taken care of. We absolutely loved this property and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Home
My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoyed fishing in the canal and seeing all the wildlife that came to visit each day. The pool was wonderful! Would definitely come back.
