This home is located in the heart of the quaint town of Midland, only 1 1/2 hours north of Toronto. It is tastefully furnished and decorated. It has 3+ bedrooms; 2 with queen beds and 1 with a twin bed all with high quality linens. A full bathroom with towels included. High speed wireless internet available throughout the home. The living room includes a fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD/MP3 player and cable TV. A large dining room seats 6. The fully equipped kitchen has a back door to a patio and BBQ in a private, quaint back yard. Parking is available. This is a non-smoking, pet free home. You are a 2 minute walk to fine restaurants and shops. Access an amazing bike trail from your front door. Stroll or run the pathways of Little Lake Park or along the shores of beautiful Midland Bay. In just 5 to 10 minutes access beaches, golfing, hiking trails, boat cruises, fishing, theater, x-country and downhill skiing, and many popular local attractions, in 1/2 hour enjoy Casino Rama.

Biking Trails and Golf: BIKING

An amazing biking experience awaits you along the Tay Shore Trail. Ride your bike to Midland’s beautiful waterfront, then on to the Wye Marsh and Martyrs’ Shrine, where you start the paved Tay Shore Trail, part of the Trans Canada Trail System. Along the way you will enjoy many views of Georgian Bay, tree-lined trails, farmers fields, and marshes. Enjoy public picnic areas and beaches along the way. The trail extends to Waubaushene, about 20 kms from your door.

Bikes and biking accessories are available for sale within a 2 minute walk from your front door at Total Sports the Bike Shop
