This manufactured home is the budget minded renter's dream without giving up anything! This property even comes with access to your own 18' electric boat for a Newport Harbor cruise, a rare addition to anyone's vacation rental. As you can see by the photos, our beach bungalow is tastefully decorated with stone, granite and Corian finishings throughout. Each of the 3 bedrooms comes with their own TV with high grade linens. The two full baths include a jacuzzi tub in the master suite. You are sure to enjoy the open floor-plan with great views of Catalina. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs including a great BBQ and outdoor dining set in the fully enclosed yard. You also get two of your own parking spaces in front as well as a community pool. The beautiful beach is directly across the street with a 2 minute walk to the crosswalk.
