This building was built WITHOUT central A/C (we do provide Fans and there are 2 ceiling fans). The parking garage has a maximum height of 6 feet 6 inches. ONE assigned parking stall per unit. Fantastic family beach getaway
This property is absolutely amazing. Located on a fabulous beach and boardwalk and so close to a good sized kids park and the Sand-sculpting competitions. good shopping all within walking distance. Was very happy we didn’t have to get in the vehicle for three whole days. The Pool (bring lifejackets for the Littles because it’s deep)on site was an amazing reprieve from the heat and the extra little bucket of beach toys was a great. We are definitely coming back again as soon as we can and booking one full week and we will not run out of fun things to do with the kids. Aces in my books. PS, for parents bonus the shower is 10/10 view 10/10 awesome BBQ and patio 10/10

Great beach town
Huge tidal change. Great town park just down from the condo with all kinds of activities. Comfortable accommodations though the building does retain alot of heat and no cross ventilation. Kitchen is well outfitted. We had a great time. Would recommend.
