Nestled slopeside, this true ski-in/ski-out, fully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Aspens on Blackcomb offers easy access to all that Whistler has to offer.

Located on the 5th floor, this condo offers ski run views overlooking the common building courtyard with a pool and hot tubs. The two balconies, one off the main living room with BBQ and the other off the second bedroom, offer a great place to enjoy a morning coffee and or bask in the sun in the afternoon.
*There is a portable AC unit in the living room only.

This unit boasts an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area centered on a cozy gas fireplace.
The spacious master bedroom has a king bed which can be converted into two twins upon request, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The second bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request and a TV.
Off the entryway, adjacent to the kitchen, is a foyer closet and a second shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

LOCATION
Aspens on Blackcomb is located slopeside along Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Benchlands. Within minutes, walk to the upper village and another 10-15 minutes to the main village. The building is situated along the village shuttle route, which runs approximately every 15-20 minutes yearly. Guests can take this shuttle to the base of both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains and the main village center. Aspens is also within close proximity to the Fairmont Chateau Golf Course and Lost Lake.

PARKING
There is paid parking at this complex (not included in the booking). $25 / night, subject to change.

CONCIERGE SERVICE
Concierge service is provided for our guests to assist with arranging transportation to the resort, equipment rentals, ski/board lessons, pre-purchased lift, and sightseeing tickets, pre-arrival grocery shopping, child care, spa services, and more so that you will have a carefree and relaxing vacation. Guests will receive a welcome email from our concierge once a booking has been confirmed.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 26 years of age and must provide photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.

NO SUBLETTING
Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION
To ensure the safety of our guests and the property, all reservations go through a verification process. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your official government-issued ID, and provide a valid credit card for the security deposit of $500 CAD. The security deposit is a hold on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in.
We cannot provide access to the unit until this process is completed. Upon booking, you will receive an email with the next steps.

Superb Location, great for families
Enjoyed the hot tub each day after snowboarding. Rooms were spacious and loved that there were two separate bathrooms and a separate thermostat for each room. We traveled with my parents and our infant, the space was perfect for 5. Even did the laundry at the hotel (coin operated) and it was super easy. Blackcomb on weekdays was a bit dead and it was hard to actually have a sit-down meal at any restaurants there because many are closed at night, but it was an easy walk to Whistler village. Only downside was the property didn't have any high chairs for babies, would've been nice to have this stuff included.
