Park your car in the secured underground parking and forget it. Condo is ideally located within walking distance of all that Whistler Village has to offer. Steps away from Marketplace Plaza where you will find Fresh St Market/liquor store/ pharmacy/ Mac's/Tim Horton's etc. Short stroll to Olympic Plaza which hosts outdoor skating rink/tobogganing hill in winter and a variety of concerts and events in the summer. Easy 10 minute walk to ski lifts, or catch the free shuttle directly across the street from the condo. Relax after a great day of skiing with a beverage in the outdoor hot tub, or take a refreshing dip in the large heated pool. Summer or winter - Whistler has it!

Great Family Stay in Whistler

Awesome accommodation in Whistler
As a family with small kids, this is our favourite location that we have stayed at in Whistler. It's so close to our favourite food spots (Hunter Gather and also Mt Currie Coffee), to the playground, and to our favourite shops. We enjoyed the spaciousness of Penny's suite. Being nestled in the woods with the large living room windows is just lovely, especially with the ambiance of the fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed using the hotel grade waffle maker. I'd say if you are sensitive to scents, bring your own soap products. Also while the water is safe and good to drink, we just found it had a taste to it so you might want to bring bottled water. Unfortunately the hottub was closed while we were there, my husband and daughter had a great time in the pool. We would love to stay here again!

Beautifully renovated unit
Location is close to grocery store, coffee shops and other restaurants. The unit feels brand new - the bathrooms and kitchen are modern. No A/C in the unit but fans are provided. Very clean and comfortable condo.

Conveniently located and pet friendly home away from home
The property is just across the street from Whistler village. We didn't have to drive at all during the entirety of our three-night stay. The house was nicely furnished. The upkeep was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well-stocked: in addition to a toaster and a Keurig machine, there was even a waffle maker and a rice cooker. There was a good selection of pots and cooking utensils for us to use. We initially had a small miscommunication on the door passcode. I received a total of three distinct passcodes from Vrbo messages prior to arrival. Fortunately, the situation was quickly sorted out. We would totally stay at this property again the next time we visit Whistler!

Great family condo in Whistler Village - close to ski hills
The Condo was perfect for our needs - 4 single beds (2 bunk beds) and one king upstairs and the main floor a lovely living room space, kitchen and table. Nicely designed and well equipped, it was very clean and comfortable for our stay. It's right in the village (but not the busy part with the pedestrian streets) - it's just at the edge on one of the main streets. you can walk to everything including the ski hills. But the best part was a free shuttle bus is right out front of the condo entrance that runs very regularly and takes you to whistler gondola. Super convenient as I was worried about walking too far with our ski equipment. The owners were super responsive when I had a question and very friendly. Thanks for having us!

Why they chose this property

My husband is an avid skier who dreamed of purchasing a condo in Whistler so we could become a "ski family". The joke was on us, as our children did not enjoy skiing, (hated it to the point ski patrol used to stop and ask if "everything was ok" while our kids laid on the snow and screamed).Good times. But back when the "ski family" dream was still alive - we chose the Northstar Complex because it is a solidly built, well maintained strata with a really nice hot tub and large pool heated all year round. It is also within walking distance to everything in the Village (a short stumble home from apres ski - our now much older kids have definitely warmed up to Whistler) and connected to great trails for our dogs. We specifically chose our unit because it was a corner suite located in the back of the complex. It is bright and cozy in the winter and remains cool in the summer. It is surrounded by trees and greenery rather than looking directly at neighbours. There is a lovely green space at the bottom of the building stairs which is ideal for the late night/ early morning dog potty needs.The condo is away from the noise of late night pedestrian traffic. It does have some traffic noise, most noticeable in summer with the windows open - but that doesn't bother us.

What makes this property unique

Our dogs absolutely LOVE Whistler, and no family trip for us is complete without them. It was very important for us to provide pet friendly accomodations.
