Notes

• Refundable security/damages deposit: 250 Euros paid upon check-in in cash
  
  To confirm your booking, 25% of the total is required via PayPal
  Balance 75%: paid in cash on arrival
  
  Fee for check in between 20:30 - 22:00 : 30 Euros
  Fee for check in after 22:00: 50 Euros
• Apartment Rules:
  - Please provide me with your arrival details (flight number).
  - Respect neighbors rest: silence is requested from 22:30 to 8 , both inside the apartment and inside the building (staircase, elevator, etc...). If there is any complaint from a neighbor for loud guests, you will be required to leave the apartment with no right to refund and losing your security deposit.
  - When you check out, leave the apartment in an acceptable condition with no garbage or trash.
  - No smoking.
  - Garbage/Trash must be taken down to the street for collection only after 8 p.m.
  - Parties are not allowed in this apartment.
  - At least one guest should be 25 y. o. (or older)
  - The security deposit ensures the observance of these rules.
