Photos and Description of the Chapel Hill vacation cottage rental
two bedrooms, two baths. Sleeps four. possibly five with air mattress provided.

Only ten minutes from UNC (with free bus service within walking distance) and fifteen minutes from Duke University. Fully equipped and furnished home. All antique furniture. Ideal rural setting. Very private with a two-car garage and with huge deck overlooking the pond. Wood stoves and forced gas heat provide the heating., A.C. Well suppled kitchen area and extensive library. All the fish you can catch from the pond. We use the hotspot on my i-phone for internet service. We use ATT and get very good service on the phone and internet. Verizon also is has excellent reception here. No land line or TV reception.

Ideally located between Duke (to the east) and UNC (to the south)- both approximately seven miles away. A rural setting with six acres and pond. Many pecan and fruit trees. Free bus service into Chapel Hill from a park and ride lot one mile down the road. The county seat of Hillsborough is six miles to the north. Excellent medical facilities both at Duke and UNC. Intellectual and cultural activities abound in all three municipalities. Within walking distance Duke Forest provides excellent outdoor experience.
