Clean and beautiful direct ocean front luxury condo which has been totally renovated having everything imaginable to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The 1200 square foot condo features Italian ceramic tile in all rooms, an exquisite granite kitchen with all new appliances and cabinets, bar area with wine cooler, huge living and dining area, two very large bedrooms with king size beds. Exquisite master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, granite tops, and washer and dryer, a deluxe guest bathroom with new shower and granite counter tops. It also comes with a central vacuum system, a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels and everything needed to enjoy a wonderful vacation in paradise.

The condo is on the ground floor and easy accessible. It directly overlooks the ocean and has a large lanai area leading into a lawn area and then the ocean.

Our ground floor condo is located in the very quiet ocean front building 4 having magnificent views of the ocean all from your own private lanai. Free Broadband and secure wireless internet in the condo. A new baby crib is also available for use. Please advice at time of booking.

The prestigious gated Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet Club is a resort within itself offering total privacy safety and security. It sits on 17 acres of tropical landscaped terrain. The ocean front condo complex is a dream come true for individuals who like to stay fit and enjoy an active vacation. There are 3 night lit tennis courts available free of charge for guests to use. The complex also offers a beautiful swimming pool large enough for lap swimming. Just one block from the best snorkeling spot on the island, Kahalu’u Beach Park. Surfing and paddling lessons are available at Kahalu’u as well as beautiful Keauhau Harbor, also within walking distance of our condo.

The condo complex is approx. 4.5 miles from downtown Kailua-Kona and 12 miles from the Kona Airport. The Keauhou-Kona trolley is available to take you into town should you not want to drive. Kailua-Kona boasts a Farmer’s Market every Wednesday through Sunday and the Keauhou Shopping Center, adjacent to the complex offers an Organic Farmer’s Market every Saturday. The Keauhou Shopping Center also offers free Hawaiian cultural events throughout the week.

The Surf and Racquet Club is a 17 acre country club style resort located between the Kona Country Club Ocean golf course - hole number 13 and the Pacific ocean. A very quiet, safe and secure environment. All kinds of water sports and beach activities. The best snorkeling spot on the island is only one block away at the Kahalu’u Beach Park. Surfing lessons are also taught in the bay. Many sea turtles, tropical fish and coral in the bay. The Keauhou Shopping Center is also only one block away. It is home to several restaurants, drug store, grocery store, post office, bank, coffee shops and movie theaters.
