Located directly on world famous Crescent Beach this Siesta Key beachfront condo is right across the street from South Village. This vacation condo is located in the Sea Shell Condominium Complex. Sea Shell is a smaller more intimate 5-story complex with only 49 units total. The condo complex is located directly on the powder white sands of world famous crescent beach and the azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit itself is positioned on the third floor and has a limited view of the beach and Gulf. Sea Shell offers a picturesque pool that is secluded for your privacy and heated in Winter for your comfort. The clubhouse, restrooms and showers are close by for your convenience.

This condo is the perfect getaway from the bustle and noise of everyday life or enjoy the glamour and excitement of Florida's Gulf Coast. The choice is yours. Spend a day on World famous Crescent Beach, just doing... nothing.

Later you might dine on the Lanai, or listen to the sounds of the surf and gulls from your private Lanai.
