Apartment very well located in Niteroi, near the Barges and Shopping Plaza. Ida Barks for a maximum of 8 minutes on foot; are 3 rooms and a suite and an excellent bathroom. Prepared for people with physical disability. Super ventilated, due to high floor and emanating from the current 3/4. It has garage.

Nearest Beach : Praia de Icarai at 2 Kilometres
Car: not necessary

The site is close to everything in Niteroi and close to the boats, transported to the river takes a maximum of 20 minutes, seeing all the beautiful landscape of Rio de Janeiro. Nearly all the driving to Rio de Janeiro, by road and maritime, and also to sites of Niteroi, which has beautiful beaches and equally or more beautiful than the beaches of Rio de Janeiro. The property is close to the Shopping Plaza, across virtually the Company WIDE electric energy. Local agreeable and well-fed ease with driving to various locations, Rio and Niteroi. Five minutes from the beach of Icarai. Excellent location, close to colleges as FFU - the closest, Faculty maria teresa, Plinio Leite, Estacio de Sa, Universe, and others.

  • The Social bathroom has shower and private support in the wall for disabled people. The bathroom is excellent and reformed. Sliding door. In the bathroom suite is smaller due to work done later, since it did not originally exist. Have box with hot water. Though small, it is a good bathroom to the room / suite. The third quarter will remain closed until it has been given to moving target remaining the same. We also have a bathroom in the service area, a small but excellent for use in case of need. Also serves as a space for storing cleaning.

  • We have 3/4 in room except that one is closed with furniture that will be vacated later. Thus, we can not count on it briefly. The second quarter is only a bed but we will arrange for the placement of a second bed. Mattress loose to a third person.
