The studio sleeps three people comfortably.

This property is in the heart of the city. You are short distance to the American Indian/botanical garden museums, DC waterfront, restaurants, golf course, and many more. The Arena stage theater and Southwest DC waterfront and night life are all walking distance. From your bedroom, you see the monument and the city view from 8 story high, a view to die for.

Safeway grocery store/CVS drug store are all across the street. Walk to three metro stations, and more than four train lines available from 5 a.m. to 3 .a.m in the morning. Major airports and highways are few miles away.

Friendly community with Gym, Pool, dry cleaning pick-up and drop- off, and 24 hour concierge service in your fingertips. Do not take my words for it, simply check out Google maps, you'll see what I mean.
