The bedrooms are spacious and tastefully furnished to suit everyone.
• 3 comfortable bedrooms that can sleep 6 easily (2 queen beds, 1 double bed). Sofa bed is located in the living room downstairs (sleeps 2). An extra foam mattress in the closet. One portable playpen for infant/baby use.
• Kitchen includes fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, built-in dishwasher, and everything else you need for cooking.
• Large fully fenced backyard with tall walnut and maple trees to provide ample shade.
• Front veranda overlooking small park bounded by tall trees.
• Original gingerbread woodwork on the back veranda furnished with a dinette set great for your morning coffee or afternoon tea.
• The living room is tastefully decorated to provide a comfortable place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Watch TV or relax with a DVD.
• 2 full clean bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs.
• Towels and linens are all supplied.
• This is a children-friendly house with a complimentary highchair and portable playpen.
• Parking for 2 cars in the driveway (behind the red truck)
• Very private setting.
• New city walking/bike trail across the street that leads directly to The Falls and Clifton Hill entertainment area.

If your plans involve day outings to Local Wineries, The Butterfly Conservatory, The Niagara Parks Botanical Gardens, Golf Courses, or Old Towne Niagara-on-the-Lake, there is only a short walk to the WEGO transit bus that will conveniently take you to all locations. There is always something entertaining to do here!

Comfort all round
We loved the detail given to updating the house but retaining the character of the house. The front door is stunning, as well as the oak trim and stair banister! The washrooms were beautiful and the spacious kitchen very functional. Living/dining area perfect for some cozy time in after viewing the sites. Loved it!

Beautiful historic home close to the falls
Gorgeous historic home close to all the attraction in Niagara. Our family of four had lots of space to spread out in the house and yard. The kitchen is well equipped, the BBQ is an awesome bonus and the house was very cozy. The oven was broken when we arrived but the owners were super responsive and had it fixed for us very quickly. We would definitely stay in one of their properties again. Thanks for allowing us to share your beautiful home!

Why they chose this property

The Hawley House as it is called, built in 1893 was owned by the same family until 1985 with largely no alterations leaving the valuable vintage woodwork intact. Since 2004, besides updating all wiring & plumbing, upstairs flooring and installed period (1920's style) crystal chandeliers in all rooms together with walls and ceilings to match.
