Qualicum Landing is located 8 minutes north of Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island and is situated on over 15 acres of rare walk on waterfront. This 2000 square foot, three bedroom plus den home is brand new and offers a gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, a granite bar, hardwood floors and 2 full bathrooms. This spacious house will sleep 6-8 people. The over size back deck has a 180 degree unobstructed view of the ocean. This is one of premier units of the development.

Enjoy a clubhouse with swimming pool, both a children's and adult hot tub, owners lounge, fitness center, games room, media center, tennis court and recreational beach front area with a fire pit. This world-famous resort area has everything you need for a relaxing vacation by the water.

Take a day and visit Tofino, Ucluelet and Long Beach on the West Coast. At Qualicum Landing you are close to all Vancouver Island attractions with easy access to Victoria and the BC Ferries to get to Vancouver.

The unit will be available starting in early July and special pricing is available for the first month of rental.
