Beautifully furnished, approx. 700 sq. ft., 2nd floor apartment with a private entrance. The brownstone is located in historic Bedford Stuyvesant/Stuyvesant Heights. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The living room has full-sized sofa bed and the middle room has an additional full-sized futon bed. There is a TV with Directv, with premium channels and WIFI. The apt. is beautifully decorated. Lots of closet/storage space. There's a dining table and a kitchen with modern appliance, a microwave and a coffee maker. Bed linens, towels and toiletries are provided. Only about 15 minutes express train ride to lower Manhattan are the A-express & C-local trains, which are about 6 short blocks away at Utica Station on Fulton St, near Fulton park. Local shopping and dining at the “Shops of Lewis Avenue”. Near attractions are, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Brooklyn Academy of Music and Shops, restaurants/bars of downtown Brooklyn.

Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellations received according to the schedule below will be refunded as follows:
- 30 days or more before Occupancy: 100 % refund of all funds minus fees*

- 8 – 14 days before Occupancy: 100 % of security/damage deposit and 25.0% of rental payment refunded, minus fees*
- 0 – 7 days before Occupancy: 100 % of security/damage deposit and 0.0% of rental payment refunded, minus fees*
* Less 5.0% processing fee assessed to all refunds.
