The Master Suite also has a huge walkincloset, and separate sitting area that can be easily made into a cozy nursery nook, or a wonderful place to curl up in the comfy chaise and read your favorite book! The adjacent Master bath has a huge soaking tub for you to enjoy after a day at the beach or on the tennis courts or golfing, a private toilet area, solid surface counters, lots of cabinet space and shower. The second bedroom is complete with 2 extra long cheery twiin beds, chest on chest, bedside table and lamp and all the TV/DVD/VCR you could possibly need. There is a brand new queen sleeper sofa in family room that provides very comfortable sleeping.

This screen porch with its overhead ceiling fan and lush trees all around is a serene and beautiful place to eat those summer meals or curl up and read that novel you have been trying to get to. There is a serving bar with 3 stools here and a round glass top wicker table with 4 chairs and a sofa. You will also enjoy the fun art work in this outdoor living space. The grill is just outside the door as well.

Kids are going to love the Justus Cottage at Hidden Dunes. Ours sure do. It is a gated beachside neighborhood with a security guard at all times. So the kids can enjoy themselves. There are lush trees all over property with meandering water canals and fountains leading to amazing swimming pools. Justus Cottage is on the first floor so there are no stairs to deal with, which is wonderful. Right out the back door you can walk on paths to the pool and hop on the tram to the beach just 10 steps from front door and tennis courts are just around the corner. The cottage is equipped with 3DVD and VCRs and cable tv along with game players. There is lots for them to do and you to feel safe about them being there. Outside the property are water parks, theme parks and such as well.

Nestled among native trees and plants. Very close to neighborhood Tennis Complex. Only steps to the beach and beach tram is only 10 steps away every 15 minutes, or you can call for pick up at cottage or from beach, and he is there in less than 5 minutes! |
