4 bedroom, 3 full baths, 1 half bath, maximum of 9 people

80 county road, OB, New custom home Situated on the bike path and close to town, hospital, beaches, and boat. Newly installed in-ground pool. Professionally landscaped yard boasting a beautiful lawn and colorful flowers. Large bluestone front and back patios for relaxation after a day at the beach. Large patio furniture, a hammock and outdoor kitchen to make the back porch great for family time.

This vacation home comfortably accommodates 9 people. First floor includes large kitchen complete with state of the art stainless steel appliances flowing into large living and sitting room for family entertainment. Comfortable couches are suitable to sleep two. Large dining room can be found attached to kitchen as well. Mud room includes front loading washer/dryer and 1/2 bath. Second floor includes 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom with private bathroom and access to second floor deck. 2 guest rooms with full guest bathroom.
