  *Room Rates:Based on single or Double occupancy
  *Reservation Polices: 3 night min. stay
  Reservation Deposit: To confirm a reservation, 50% of total is due once booking dates are confirmed. The remaining balance is due prior to check in. A Rental agreement also needs to be signed to confirm reservation.
  Payments can be by Visa, MasterCard, certified cheque, money orders, travelers' cheques, or with cash.
• Cancellations & No Show Policies:
  If the reservation is canceled more than 30 day prior to check in date the guest will be charged 25% of the full deposit, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates then only 7% of the full deposit will be charged for service fees. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to check in date the guest will be 50% of the deposit, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates then 7% service fess will apply.If the reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to check-in the guest will be charged 100% of the deposit, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates, then 7% service charges Will apply.
  No Shows will be charged the full amount of their stay.
