The Fountain is an intimate and private oasis located on a quiet neighborhood street. Its three newly rejuvenated Art Deco structures have been entered into the National Registry of historic buildings. The Fountain also features a pool, a rarity in the historic Art Deco district, as well as a landscaped courtyard patio area which features a gas grill and picnic table to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Our vacation rental features a well appointed deluxe one bedroom condo. Other features include saturnia marble flooring, floor to ceiling marble shower, fully equipped European-style granite top kitchen with stove top, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven, as well as en-suite washer dryers. Unit boast designer decor with queen-size bed, we provide high-speed internet as a courtesy, the are two TV's including a I Pod docking system. Covered parking close by $20 per 24 hr, $135 per month all prices are subject to change.
