Additional information about rental rates

50% of the total fees are due upon the return of this signed rental agreement. The balance will be charged automatically thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled move in date.
Fees And Taxes	Taxes are included. There is a $180 cleaning fee. We do not charge a large security deposit. Instead, there is a $70 insurance fee that covers up to $3,000 in property damage protection. Pets and parties (of 16-50 people max) are allowed for an additional fee.
CANCELLATIONS: Full refund with 60 days advanced notice. 50% of base rent will be retained if reservation is cancelled or changed less than 45 days prior to rental date. 100% of base rent will be retained if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to rental date.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
