Located on desirable Gulf Boulevard, this 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom Key West style vacation home offers one of the largest beach view balconys on the Island. Every room, except for the bathrooms, has a view of the Gulf. The beach and beach access is located DIRECTLY across the street from the house. Walk or take the FREE Island shuttle to restaurants and the Island grocery store. The shuttle stops right in front of the house every 30 minutes.

This beach house consists of two upstairs vacation units, each with a private balcony. This unit, known as the North unit, is the 'jewel' of the house. With Travertine floors, granite countertops, tumbled marble baths, and commercial grade stainless kitchen appliances, you will want to make this your destination for annual vacations.

Like to grill? A large charcoal grill is located on the balcony, Enjoy the view while you grill, or relax on the porch swing, rocking chairs, or wooden beach chairs after beach time.

Provided are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, beach towels, boogie boards, bikes, and more.
