The lower level has a queen bedroom, bunk bed room that sleeps 5, and full bath. Both rooms have ceiling fans, TVs and cable. Also on this level are laundry room and large game room.
Enjoy a movie in surround sound on the 50' TV or play a game of ping pong, Playstation 2, or rebound shuffleboard. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the activities. Move out onto the deck to sit on the hammock swing or in the rockers and enjoy the wildlife that surrounds the house.
The upper level has a queen bedroom, another bunk bed room that sleeps 4, and a master queen bedroom with its own private entrance to the full bathroom.

Frequently Asked Questions: What do I need to do to book your home?
Email me your name and address. I will complete the lease and email it back to you.
You then print it out, read and sign it, and send it to me with the security deposit.
As soon as I receive it, I will email you to confirm the dates.
A signed copy of the lease will be emailed or mailed to you for your records.
When is the balance due?
The balance of the rental rate is due two weeks prior to your arrival.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept money orders or personal checks. If your rental begins within two weeks, we will only accept
money orders.
When will I receive my security deposit back?
The lease states that the security deposit will be returned within 30 days. I typically return it in about 2 weeks.
Do you rent to young groups?
We do not rent to groups under the age of 25. Our home is suited for families and mature adults only.

Do you ever allow pets?
Due to severe family allergies, we cannot allow any pets in our home.
What do I need to bring with me?
We supply bed sheets, paper products, cleaning supplies, hand soap, and dish soap.
All you need to bring is bath towels and personal hygiene products
Is there firewood on the premises?
Firewood is a courtesy we provide but it is not guaranteed. We have it delivered in the beginning of the
winter season. It typically lasts all winter long.
How many cars fit in the driveway?
Our driveway fits 5 cars easily. The driveway is plowed by a professional company. Please be aware
though that it is on a slope and can be quite slippery in cold weather.
