No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or
early departure for any reason.
Cancellations only within 30 days from the booking date are entitled
to refunds.
Loosing the facilities keys will result in the charged of US$100 fee.
This is non smoking home. You are permitted to smoke outdoors on the
patio. Butts are to be disposed properly and not left any property. Any violation will incur a $100
fine and will be subtracted from your deposit.
