Casa del Viento is located in the luxury resort paradise of Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste, Costa Rica just 20 minutes from the Liberia Airport. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The views from all areas of the Casa are outstanding and offer a combination of ocean vistas and mountain/valley lushness that makes Costa Rica one of the world's most desired vacation retreats. The Casa by itself would be a renters paradise but here, at Casa del Viento, a larger group can find the additional Casita. The main house has a king and queen suite upstairs and 2 queens suites on the ground floor. The 2 bedroom/2 bath Casita, completes the full rental of 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. Both homes are contained within the private secured gates of the property. The property is within the private gated community of Monte Paraiso which sits upon the hill top that separates Playas del Coco and Playa Hermosa. Maid Service: Each Casa del Viento rental will receive daily maid service provided by the property manager. Pack and Play available. Our concierge is available to help make this the vacation to remember always. Several great tour companies will come right to the house and take you on an great eco adventure for all ages. A Costa Rican feast can be prepared with a variety of fabulous local ingredients by Rocia, for an additional fee. We recommend booking this early as the chef is very popular. A new hospital has just opened next to the New International Airport which is just 25 minutes away.

  • Rate includes all expenses and Daily maid service except Sun & Holidays, Reduced services Xmas & NY
  • A deposit made 60 days in advance requires a 50% payment at time of booking. Less than 60 days requires full payment. Cancellation more than 60 days prior to lease term may receive a 50% refund of the full payment. Should landlord be able to release vacancy an additional 25% will be returned. If unable to re-rent tenant will lose all of their deposit. If cancellation is within 30 days of lease date no refund will be available however, tenant will receive a voucher, to be used within 18 months of cancellation and reserved 60 days in advance. Tenant will be required to pay difference between new rate and rate they paid at time of this lease.
