You and your Family will enjoy all of the comforts of home, with Central Air, King size bed, etc. Patio furniture is out on the Back Yard, so you can sit and enjoy the water views, and beautiful Sunsets, right from your backyard. Deep lagoon for your boat. Property is fenced in. Also close to the Beach and to all the nice area restaurants and nearby attractions.

Go Sailing and or Fishing right from the Dock: Leave from your backyard and go sailing on the Bay and or go fishing on the Bay or the Ocean and come back and Dock your boat right on your 60 ft. Dock. It is a pleasure and very easy when you have access to your boat right from your back yard.
