Enclosed screened in outside dining area, Entertainment center with Flat screen TV. Large granite counter topped chef`s kitchen. PRIVATE beach lot across street with deep water dock. Great kayacking, fishing and swimming.

We also offer a separete carriage house/apart above garage with 2 bdrms and full bath. This has air conditioning a kitchenette and livingroom.

August is a great month on Martha's Vineyard!! There's Illumination Night at the Camp Ground in Oak Bluffs. The Agricultural Fair in West Tisbury is a county fair for young and old alike. The fireworks on Ocean Park in Oak Bluffs is a spectacle worth seeing.

The town of Oak Bluffs offers an ocean front, cottage-like atmosphere. Oak Bluffs center is a fun-filled quaint town that has plenty of beaches, shops, and restaurants.

Nearby Edgartown center is a very elegant and magnificent place for exclusive shopping and dining, also on the waterfront.

Beautiful sunsets Up-Island, along with the spectacular cliffs of Aquinnah, will take your breath away.

Every town includes beautiful paths for walking, running, and biking. Also,

fishing, boating, and sailing are the pastimes that make the New England region famous.
