LIVE, LOVE, LAUGH!!!

Pristine white sand, sparkling blue water, warm sunshine, dolphins, seagulls. IT'S ALL HERE!!

This 3BR/2BA NON-SMOKING Condominium is in the Summer House Complex, a gated family oriented community that is a class above the others. The view from our huge, tiled 6th floor balcony is unbelievable and wraps around our corner unit. You are high enough to watch the boats, dolphins and tide come in while still hearing the ocean waves on the beach. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee and pancakes from here!

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET AVAILABLE IN THE CONDO!!!

This luxury unit is completely furnished with many extras, a full size washer and dryer, four DVD players. Flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and the living area.

The amazingly comfortable master bedroom is beach-side, with a king bed and it's own door to the balcony. All bedrooms and the living areas open to the balcony. You will love the lay out of the condo with the king master and bath on one side while the other two bedrooms and bath are on the oppostie side of condo.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed while the third bedroom has 2 comfy twin beds with a 32 inch flatscreen TV and DVD! Blackout curtains are in all bedrooms if you need to 'sleep in' or open them up and let spectacular sunsets flow through the entire unit.

There is a queen size chaise sleeper sofa, and 3 cozy recliners. The unit has two full-size bathrooms furnished with soft white towels for eight, and clean fresh cotton sheets on all the beds.

Every room has been redecorated and updated! The totally equipped kitchen with all new appliances and EVERY possible item provided: coffee maker, pancake griddle, blender, crock pot, seafood boiler, and all new cookware.

7 Rio Beach backpack style easy carry beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards are all in the outside closet for you to enjoy. Our building is closest to the beach with 2 outdoor pools and connecting waterfall on the east side, with a huge sundeck and gazebo. There is also a very large heated indoor pool with sauna and full workout facility. The Trucort tennis facility is also available for our guests.

Summer House is centrally located to all of the amenities and attractions of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores with a short drive to restaraunts and the state park pier. Grocery stores and shopping are directly across the street and family attraction Adventure Island is nearby. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is here!
