Enjoy panoramic Gulf views from a recently remodeled 2BR, 2BA fourth (top) floor condo. The condo's private balcony and two sets of French doors overlook the private lake and the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful emerald green waters and sugar-white sandy beaches are just across the street. This popular vacation condo is in the heart of Gulf Place Town Center and is one of the most popular condos on the Beaches of South Walton's Scenic 30-A.

The condo has one king bed in master with private bath, a romantic 'Caribbean Room' , bunks and a sleeper sofa. Free Wi-Fi. Three pools, one heated, with spa.

A Great Place for a Family Vacation: When you are not enjoying the quiet beaches, you may walk to local boutiques, restaurants and a coffee cafe. Bikes available at a local bike shop. The Gulf Place Amphitheater offers free weekly concerts, family outdoor movies and a large grassy area for kids to play. Additional amenities include: tennis, bike and kayak rental, shuffleboard and nature trails for walking or jogging.
