Spectacular View, Private Balcony, 2-Swimming Pools, BBQ Areas!!

This 1-bedroom 440 sq.ft. cozy beach condo has a Spectacular View of the sparkling city by the sea (Corpus Christi), the USS Lexington,the Harbor Bridge where from your private balcony you will see Ships from all over the world come and leave the Corpus Christi Port. You can clearly see the beach from your balcony and can just walk to it from our property.

This Condo has a new (Oct. 2012) Plush Queen size mattress for your rest and comfort. Has a sofa and Seperate Recliner in the living room. Note that all Linen may be different than shown on pictures. Condo has two TVs with DVD player on them. Our TV Cable program supplies us with 100 channels including Showtime.

The property has two pools-1 heated, 2 Jacuzzis, It has several BBQ pits and picnic tables around the premises. We have a privacy fence and Security Personnel for your safety. In-room telephone with unlimited nationwide calling. Each of the three floors has coin operated washers and dryers along with soft drink vending machine downstairs.

It has a set of Bunk beds Seperate from the Bedroom for Mom & Dad.

PET POLICY:

ONE Pet up to 20-pounds may be allowed ONLY with owners approval and there will be an extra rent charge per stay by owner and possibly deposit may be more than the standard $100.00 per stay.

Check-In Office will require that you bring in the pet at check-in and you must present up to date Shot records and again, has to be 20-pounds or less or will not be allowed to check in. If such happens, rent and fee's will not be returned since this would be carelessness on tenants behalf.

There is also a pet fee by the office of $20.00 for up to the first month and $20.00 more if staying longer than one month up to one year.

ADA:

Though all our Customers have been very comfortable ( see Reviews ), this condo is not ADA equipped.

Tenants allowed in room:

While Tenants are allowed to have visitors, only the amount of people authorized at the time of reservations may sleep in the room. Failure to comply will result in Tenants getting vacated with no refund of any monies paid.

EARLY CHECK IN POLICY:

Normal Check-In time is 3:00 P.M. CST. Arriving Tenant may check, not with Office, but with Owner for possible early Check-In. ONLY if approved by owner Tenant may check-in early for a charge of $10.00 per hour.

Check Out Time is no later than 11:00 A.M. CST.

EARLY CHECK OUT POLICY:

Unless a state of emergency is called by city or state officials for all to be evacuated due to Hurricane coming, etc. than Tenant is responsible for payment of agreed reservation. No monies will be refunded for ANY other early check out reasons.

    1-Pet allowed: Only pets under 20-pounds will be allowed by the check-in office and must have owners approval.
    Extra rent and deposit charges by owner may apply and the Office at check-in WILL charge you an extra $20.00 a month. Also, you must provide Office with up to date Shot records and showing the weight of the pet or they will NOT let you check it in. If such happens, owner does not return any fee's paid to him and tenant would need to find an alternative place for pet to stay.

No refund of any kind for non compliance. * Room Keys: We provide room keys, and an extra key.. Should Tenant happen to loose all keys during Office hours, the office will contact owner and owner will authorize the release of the spare key we have left at the office to Tenant. Should Tenant loose all keys after the front office is closed, Tenant at there expense shall need to contact lock smith to open door.
