Shore Drive is noted as the best location on the Grand Strand and the Brigadune is its Grand Lady! This peninsula insures little traffic and panoramic vistas...from the ocean on one side to the marshes and golf course on the other.

Our 'Home away from Home'... 2000 square feet of living and over sized balcony that will insure your vacation to be enjoyable. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is an end-unit on the 4th floor for a perfect combination of views and beach breezes. Brigadune is a beautiful, well-kept property with elevators, parking in front with covered parking available, luggage/grocery carts and 24 hr security!

Literally minutes for most anything you would want to do in Myrtle Beach, yet away from the central, crowded areas.

Walk down the sidewalks to a quaint little beach shopping area, 'the Straw Market', or down the beach to The Apache Pier...the east coast's longest pier!

Fish or go crabbing in the marsh 'swash' area behind us; surf fish or just surf in the ocean in front! Wander just south to the inlet and find birds galore! A great place for families to play in the shallow waters.

    We are a non-smoking unit and you must be over the age of 25 to rent. Sorry, no RV's or Motorcycles can be parked on the premises.

    Taxes, fees, departure cleaning and linens/towels are Included in rental price.

    Some essential supplies, such as toilet paper & cleaning supplies are provided for your convenience. We strive to make your vacation easy!

    Security Deposit $200.00 (fully refundable) This is held on your credit card via safe & secure PayPal (no fees charged). Refunds are promptly executed after inspection of the unit and return of the keys.

    50% at least 2 months in advance
    100% at least 2 weeks in adv
  • Cancellation Policy:
    Your $250 deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation at any time.
    Within 30 days prior to your reservation, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
    Within 14 days prior to your reservation, the 100% deposit will be forfeited.
    The only exception to the above policy would be if we were able to re-rent the unit at list price.

  • Each bedroom is special in its own way! The master has a private bathroom with walk-in tile shower and an entry to the ocean-front balcony. The 'blue room' is serene with a bank of windows that overlooks the calm marsh and adjacent golf course. The 'daybed room' has twin beds made to be daybeds, if you just wish to retire and watch TV. Two windows give views of both the ocean and the marsh!

Notes: We feel our place is best suited for no more than 6 guests, however more can be accommodated after we discuss your needs. Our home at Brigadune is very suitable for elderly as it has much open space and there are no stairs by utilizing the elevators...it is just a short distance to the pool or beach with no steps involved. The interior doorways inside the apartment are not wheelchair accessible.
