Enjoy the slow pace of old Florida and yet so close to all that is offered from Ft. Myers to Tampa. Only 40 minutes to Sarasota and two and a half hours to Disney World. Come enjoy a peaceful time at the beach, and a little excitement that the West Coast of Florida has to offer.

Manasota Key - a peaceful, laid back, low rise, beautiful strip on the Gulf of Mexico. At Sunburst Condos you'll have Swimming, snorkeling, surfcasting at our private beach. Dock your boat at our own private boat dock or fish off our boat dock on Lemon Bay.

Other Activities: Shelling, shark teeth collecting and surfcasting right in front of our unit on the beach. Wildlife viewing, such as great blue herons, egrets, pelicans and more right in front of our unit on the beach or from out fishing/boat dock on Lemon Bay. Nearby in Englewood there is Deep sea fishing, basketball, miniature golf, Shopping, Boating. Parasailing, kayaks, jetski and boat rentals are nearby.
