Casita Verde --

Our home is in a gated walled complex in one of the best locations in San Miguel. Directly in front is the new 6 star hotel, Rosewood Artesana. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths with a beautiful, quiet, back garden and casita with a gas grill and fireplace. It is impeccably furnished with colonial antiques, striking art and new upholstered pieces. Gas heaters are installed for winter and ceiling fans for warm weather.

A brand new kitchen contains everything! A charming breakfast room boasts antique cabinets with old mesquite doors. The living room displays an incredible cased wax and wood figure of the Archangel San Miguel. Our dining room is adjacent to the garden and together with the outdoor tables in the jardin accomodates 15 people at a sit down dinner.. Mounted on the outside wall is a gentle lion head fountain.

A pleasant upstairs sunroom and roof terrace offer views of the Parroquia, other churches, the park, the mountains, sunrise and the birds coming home to roost.

Notes: Maid three times weekly (the provided maid is also an excellent cook who who will shop, prepare, serve and clean-up meals for a modest fee.), 24 hour security, short walk to everything no hills, beautiful tree lined street, one of best areas in San Miguel. An expanded English package of cable television, an Ipod Deck, a VCR and a DVD (Incidentally, Blockbuster only has English movies on DVD’s now) are available.
