1 Bedroom sleeps 2 adults/2children. True adobe casita built in the 1930's, completely renovated with new appliances, granite countertops, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, wood floors, thick adobe walls, wood beamed ceiling, tiled bathroom . Located on a quiet residential street in the Historical Railyard District. Walking distance minutes away to shopping, entertainment, restaurants and historical sites. REI, Flying Star Cafe, galleries, clothing, Sanbusco Mall and the Farmers Market 3 blocks away and less. The plaza less than an 15 minute walk features many Museums, Lensic Theater, bike rentals, J. Crew, and other local specialty shops, Canyon Road and endless casual and fine dining. Complimentary chilled bottled spring water, paper products, coffee, hot tea, basic condiments, laundry detergent. Your casita has a private 2 car parking, dine in or on your front porch surrounded with a private wall. STR Permit #09-00100311

Amenities: Your up-scale casita features custom made furniture from a local artist featured in a gallery downtown. Plush pillow-top queen size bed, 350 count cotton sateen sheets and cotton Indian pattern towels by Ralph Lauren. Antler trimmed handles adorn the custom made dresser, rawhide lampshades, lodgepole bed, private TV/DVD in bedroom. Natural color walls are adorned with southwestern art, a large skylight located in each room brings the natural lighting in. The Pottery Barn sofa/sleeper features a queen size bed with a vhs/dvd tv. The casita sleeps 2 to 4 people. Children are welcomed, but we have a policy of no pets or smoking anywhere on the property.

Public Transportation: The New Rail Runner is 2 blocks away, providing train service from the Railyard area located 2 blocks away to Albuquerque.

Cancellation Policy:

We will gladly refund your deposit less a $25 handling fee of the nights that you booked can be booked by another party. One time cleaning fee.

Exclusive access to Members Only Fitness Club: During your stay you will have access into the members only El Gancho Fitness and Racquet Club. 4,000 sq foot cardio and strength training center featuring pre-cor, Cybex, Technogym and Olympic Free Weights. Free Motion Group Circuit Training Classes, 20 yd heated indoor and outdoor pool, hot tubs, saunas and steam rooms. 2 Racquetball/Squash Courts, 33 group classes per week, 14 cycling classes per week, aqua power class, child care, 9 outdoor/indoor tennis courts, full service spa. The fee is $8.00 for each child and $13.00 for each adult that is payable as your enter the club. If you are interested please let us know so that we can provide the number for entry and notify the front desk of your arrival.

1930's renovated authentic adobe, one bedroom on a quiet residential street in the Guadalupe Historical District. The Guadalupe area is one of the oldest neighborhoods of Santa Fe. Walking distance to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, farmers Market and historical sites. Sanbusco Market Mall, many restaurants, Guadalupe shopping district an 8 minute walk. The plaza, less than a 18 minute easy walk features Georgia O'Keefe, Museum of Fine Arts, Palace of the Governors, Institute of American Indian Arts, endless fine and casual dining, incredible shopping, Lensic Theater, bike rentals, sport shops and Canyon Road art galleries. A short drive takes you to the ski basin, native American pueblos and many more historical sites.

    We do not allow smoking anywhere on our property, inside or out.
    We do not allow pets, no exceptions
    Special $89-99 rate is based on 1 to 2 guest, any additional guest will be $10 per night per person.
  • Check in 4pm / Check out 11 am / Rates are based on 1 to 4 guest only.
    50% deposit required with reservation. Tax is added to the listed prices.
    Balance due at check-in, pay by check, cash, travelers check, money order, may pay full amount before arrival.
    Will receive a confirmation by fax or mail with directions as soon as deposit is received.
    Cancellation Policy:
    If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation the following applies: 2 week notice prior to arrival, if holiday reservation a month notice prior to arrival. If it falls after that date, your deposit will be lost unless the dates you had booked can be re-booked with another party. Your deposit will be refunded less a $50 handling fee if your cancellation falls within the guidelines as stated above.
