Spacious (260 sq metres), very well equipped house on two floors forming part of renovated historic farm hamlet. The estate covers 5 acres, and includes eight houses set in lovely gardens, sharing a 20 metre mosaic-lined pool and tennis court. Our house, the largest in the hamlet, has a private terrace and garden, and a beautiful shaded outside dining area. Spectacular views include mountains, vineyards, and the distant mediaeval towers of San Gimignano.

As our second home, we have created a very comfortable environment. There are several very attractive architectural details. Inside, the floors are either marble or terra cotta tiles, and the furniture is a tasteful mixture of period and modern. Two double and two twin bedrooms are complemented by marble tiled bathrooms. The spacious arched living area has well stocked bookshelves, a wide selection of music and videos, and an open log fireplace. A large rustic kitchen has every convenience for the most enthusiastic cook.
