The house comes equiped with a washer, dryer, Weber grill, paddle boat and canoe.

A 60' dock provides secure docking of your boat in 3'6'' water depth. Marinas offer a broad range of rental boats if needed.

Lake Winnisquam has become a premier family lake with crystal clear water, flat water for water skiing/boarding.

Located on the western shore of Lake Winnisquam. Within 1:15 hour drive to the ocean at Portsmouth, NH or Portland, ME, 45 min to the Washington Valley or Waterville Valley, both in the White Mountains, for terrific hicking and camping. 1:30 to N. Conway, NH, an entire town of factory outlet shops.

The home is located just 8 min from exit 20 on interstate 93 for quick and easy access to activities and attractions to the north and south {Boston 1:50).
